From this morning's contemplation:
The older I get, the more I see.
The older I get, the less I know.
The older I get the less time I have for gossip and unforced drama.
The older I get the more I want to devote to those who lift me higher.
The older I get the more I trust my bullshit detector.
The older I get, the more grateful I am.
The older I get, I realize there will be an end to the rodeo someday.
The older I get, I see how precious each moment is.
The older I get, the more I see people who didn’t get to be as old as I got.
The older I get, the more appreciation I feel for being alive.
The older I get, the more I see the details.
The lime green buds on trees in springtime.
The patterns of ripples in the rivers.
The patchy opaqueness of the morning fog.
The older I get, the more I see why it all happened as it did.
The older I get, the more I relax with the story that unfolded.
The older I get, the more I see who is important.
The older I get, the more I want to hold those people close.
The older I get, the more my heart swells.
The older I get, the more I realize the human heart is a limitless pool of love.
The older I get, the more I relax.
The older I get, the less I care what they think.
The older I get, the deeper I breathe.
But most surprisingly, the older I get, the younger I feel.
